Manually Adding Parts to Reports
You can manually add parts to some reports, like the Final Parts and the Cut List. See below for the options available.
List Header Options

-
Add Part- Manually add a part from your catalog. See Adding Parts section below for more details. -
Undo- Undo the last manual change made. -
Delete Part- Delete the selected line item from the list.
Adding Parts
Clicking Add Part will bring you to new a window where you can select a part from your catalog to add manually. Here you'll search for, or type in a part number to add.
Parts added in this way can only be added from the existing catalog. To make new parts, add them to the catalog first. See Configuring Parts for more details.

When you add a part, the window will automatically fill in values from the catalog like Description and Package Quantity. You'll have to set other key values before you can save your changes, including:
-
Quantity -
Multiplier -
Finish- Required for frame extrusions and some other parts. -
Reason- Optional note to explain why this needs to be manually added.
Reviewing Manual Entries
Whether you add a completely new part to the list or add entries to an existing part, the line item will change to bolded text to show there's been a manual change.

Click the + Expand button on the far left to show everything effecting the count. Here, you can review how the parts were added under the source column where you can see how many were Generated from your elevations, and how many were ManuallyAdded. You can also see your Reason notes from the step above.
Inline Edits
For some columns in report views, you can double-click the cell to type in a new value. Package Pricing or Multipliers are examples of this in the Final Parts report.
Most values cannot be directly changed from report views. You can change these by modifying your the parts in your job / catalog.
Please keep in mind, manual edits to vendor catalogs should be checked carefully against the vendor's official releases to ensure they're accurate, and to avoid issues with your estimates and orders.
